The vaccination drive is going on at a good pace and all signs are positive for opening up the places and easing up the restriction during summer. A robust economic recovery is expected to follow soon. However, this pandemic is going to change a lot of things forever. It favored big businesses while smaller ones were hit really hard during this period. Many were forced to go out of business in the process. I counted about a dozen small shops and outlets in my area that are no longer operating. Extrapolate this for the city and then for the whole economy and you get a scary number. How many of them would be able to come back is an open question.
