Construction signs are a common sight during summer but this one about a “Muster point” on Victoria Park Avenue, was new to me. It turns out that it is primarily a Canadian term that is equivalent to a meeting point, assembly area, or an emergency assembly point. It is an area for workers to meet in case of an emergency which is required by a number of safety associations for emergency management plans.
